Curated Ingredient Database

A library of gelato ingredients across 11 categories — dairy, milk solids, sugars, stabilizers, eggs, starches, nut pastes, flavorings, chocolate, fruit, and more. Each ingredient stores fat, sugar, water, and other solids percentages plus PAC/POD factors that feed directly into balance calculations. Includes FDA allergen tracking (9 major allergens), nutrition data per 100g, supplier associations, and the ability to create custom ingredients with full composition data.
